In 1903, John Jergen Grabow, brought his well drilling talents to Hanford, California, and was one of the first in the state to
develop water by the hydraulic process for domestic use. He was a leader in the Valley and devoted himself to well boring on a larger scale than others in the industry had ever used before and drilled more than 1,000 wells in the San Joaquin Valley. Now 113 years later, the fifth generation of the Grabow family continues to carry on his legacy of drilling with a progressive spirit and persistent development.
